Lets you host your files up to 300mb but they have many ads on their pages.

Have got very large freedom for free users. They are in this business since a long time ago. mediafire search..

A new company but developing so fast because of their promotions for uploders.

All the file hosting services host your files in their dedicated servers which costs so much money. So they have a premium feature. Affording  just with ads is impossible.
